Lights off, air conditioning back to eco, blinds set against the afternoon heat, alarm armed, doors locked. If the house notices a window open or a tap running, your phone knows before you reach the car.

Renovating or building?
New build or major renovation: the ideal moment. We work with your architect and contractor while the walls are open, so the infrastructure is cabled properly and nothing is retrofitted later.
Existing home: wireless lighting and shading control, smart switches, cameras and multi-room audio all retrofit well. We will be honest about what is worth doing and what is not.

Questions homeowners ask us
Can this be added to a home that is already built?
Yes. Wireless lighting and shading control, smart switches, cameras and multi-room audio retrofit well. Where walls are open, or a renovation is planned, we recommend wired components for reliability. We will tell you honestly which is right for your property.
Does it still work if the internet goes down?
Yes. The intelligence lives on a controller inside your home, not in the cloud. Lights, climate, shading and security keep working exactly as before. Internet only matters when you want to check in from outside.
Do I need an app for everything?
No. A well designed smart home needs fewer switches, not more screens. Most of the time the house acts on its own. When you want control, a single elegant switch in each room does the everyday things and the app does the rest.
Wired or wireless?
Wired where possible. UAE construction, thick walls and concrete floors weaken wireless signals. A wired backbone is more reliable and, because it replaces thermostats and controllers you no longer need, it is often cost neutral.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of the property and how much you want automated. We start with a design package, priced up front and partly refundable if you go ahead with us, so you get a real specification and a real price before committing to the installation.
How long does it take?
Design typically takes a few weeks. Installation runs alongside your build or renovation schedule. Commissioning and handover, including training for your family or staff, is planned in from the start so you are never left with a half finished system.
